I am collecting information on all descendants of my direct ancestors. My ancestors arrived, for the most part, in Pennsylvania between the 1750's and early 1800's, although their descendants scattered to all parts of the country. Most of my direct ancestors were Ulster Scots and Palatines (German-speaking people from Alsace, Switzerland and Germany). The most common surnames in my database are below.
