OBITUARY FOR MABLE GARRISON LANAM

	Mrs. Mable Garrison lanam, wife of C.K. Lanam and resident of 29 Central 
Street, passed away at her home March 20 at 9:30 p.m. following a long illness.  Born at 
Marietta, Ohio August 8, 1883, the daughter of the later Samuel and Marietta Goodman 
Garrison.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church, also a member of the Palm 
Rebekah Lodge, New Martinsville Chapter O.E.S. No. 50 and of the Womens Christian 
Temperance Union.
	Surviving in addition to her husband is one sister, Mrs. Minnie Kelley of 
Cleveland, Ohio, one nephew Charles Block of New Martinsville.  Funeral services were 
held in the Wharton & Ellis funeral home Sunday March 22 at 2 p.m. by Rev. W. H. 
Sliter. Interment was made in the Oak Grove cemetery, Marietta, Ohio.
	Pall bearers:  Burton Stout, Carl Kendall, Jess Rothlisberger, Edward Schupbach, 
Herbert Kappel and Dan Witschey.
