The Reynolds Family of Chilham, Kent, England

I have reached back to 1837 when my Great Grandfather was married. His name was George Reynolds and he married Sarah Ann Hopkins on November 19, 1837 in the Parish Church of Hernhill in the county of Kent. I am seeking to reach further back. I know his fathers name was George and that Sarah's father was named John Hopkins, as shown on George and Sarah's marriage certificate,so they were probably born in the early 1800's. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
