Hello, welcome to my family's home page. If you think there might be a connection, feel free to drop us a line. I may have that missing ancestor tucked away in my files as a collateral line. I have also submitted my full family information to Rootsweb WorldConnect. It may be more up to date than this information. My database name is trglc5.
Most of my fathers immediate ancestors are from central and southern Georgia. They came to Georgia primarily from North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland after the Revolutionary War settling mainly in Twiggs, Laurens, Telfair, Wilkinson, Coffee, Ben Hill and Appling Counties where many of them still reside today. Some of these lines have been traced back to England.
My mothers ancestors are more recent arrivals. Her German lines came from Walsum, Hannover about 1889 and from around Warendorf, Westphalia in 1852 and settled in Lincoln County, Missouri. Her Bohemian lines came from Muhle Aubluti in 1871 and from Vodnany about 1885 and settled in St. Louis, Missouri.
I have also included a genealogy report on my sister-in-laws family lines. Her surnames include HERTZ, SCHONFELD, TESTELYER and WOLFSFELD. You can contact her thru my e-mail address.
I hope you will enjoy searching thru my genealogy report and I wish you good luck on locating a possible connection. I hope you will drop me an e-mail message if we connect, I love to share information with new found cousins and or correct any errors that I may have made.
