NOTE: Much of the information from the Hawley family that I have comes from the internet and other unverified information. The information from about 1800 to the present (from the time the Hawleys moved to Ohio) is mostly my research and is more reliable.

  Glenn Rhinehart, my grandfather, served in World War 2.
• John Timms in Civil War uniform (6 KB)
  John, my great great grandfather, served in the Civil War. He would have been in his 20's during the war, so this picture was probably taken after the war was over, since he looks older than that.
• Rhinehart/Miller family reunion 1930's (273 KB)
  This picture was taken at Towner's Woods in Ravenna, Ohio about 1930. If you know who any of these people are, please let me know. Not all of them have been identified.

• Adeline Israel 1812-1896 (76 KB)
  Adeline Israel (1812-1896) was the grandmother of Elizabeth Miller Rhinehart. Her daughter, Hester Ann Kroesen, married Augustus Miller. Their daughter Elizabeth married Eli Rhinehart. She is my great great great great grandmother.
• Clarence (Jim) Rhinehart and his aunt Susan (6 KB)
  Clarence (Jim) Rhinehart and his aunt Susan (Rhinehart) Eckert/Brown. Clarence is my great grandfather. Susan was Eli's sister. She married twice, first to Lorenzo Eckert and then second to Alton D. Brown.

  Picture taken about 1920. Eli and Earl were father and son. Left is Eli and right is Earl.
• Earl Rhinehart (6 KB)
  Earl Rhinehart, son of Eli and Elizabeth (Miller) Rhinehart.
• Elizabeth (Miller) Rhinehart Adams (1062 KB)
  Elizabeth married Fred Adams after Eli died. That's why the caption of this newspaper photo lists her name as Elizabeth Adams. Elizabeth is my great great grandmother, married to Eli Rhinehart.

  Left Martin and Margaret (Bergin), Center Jim and Anne (Rhinehart), Right Frank Myers. Margaret Bergin and Juda Anne were first cousins, both descended from Jacob Rinehart. Margaret Bergin is the daughter of Betsy (Rhinehart) Bergin.

  Lida was the daughter of Eli and Elizabeth Rhinehart. This picture was taken at 322 Franklin St., Ravenna, Ohio.
• John and Mary (Sutton) Timms (40 KB)
  John and Mary (Sutton) Timms are my great great grandparents. They had a daughter, Jennie, who married Clarence Rhinehart. Clarence and Jennie are my great grandparents. The Timms came from Pennsylvania and the Suttons came from England.

  Thanks to Trace McCracken for sending this picture. Lemuel is my great great great great grandfather on my mother's side. Lemuel Penn is not related to the Rhinehart side of the family (my father's line).

  Jim and Anne Juda (Rhinehart) Myers with children Olive and Bert. This picture was probably taken sometime in the 1910's. Juda Anne is the sister of my great great grandfather, Eli.
