I am searching for information on the family of John(Jack)Welch, born in 1860 my ggrandfather and his wife Lessie(Lizzie)Peterson,born in 1863. They lived in Georgia, in various counties(Putnam,Irvin,BenHill,Puliski)and had 15 children. Jack was said to be part Irish, and Lessie part Cherokee Indian. Jack left Georgia around 1920 for California, and was said to have died in a mine cave in, date unknown. I am looking for Jack's and Lessie's parents. I am also looking for information on my faternal gggrandparents, Jerry Cothran(Carthan)and his wife name unknown at this time. They lived in Lexington,Miss. They had three children, Alfred, Jonas and Jane. If you can provide any information on these families, I would appreciate your help. I will be willing to share my information as well.

She's the grandmother I never new. Price(Parrish)Morrison (290 KB) Price Morrison is the father of Aplas. Jonas Carthan (315 KB) Jonas son of Jerry Cothran, mother's name is unknown at this time.
