I am researching the line of Abraham R. Rhodes of Columbia, Tyrrell County, NC (1815 - 1882). I would like to discover how he came to NC. Was he from Ireland or England?
I am also interested in the entangled lines of the Ange Family of Martin and Washington County, NC. This is a rich and historic research!
Another line is that of Demaree which follows the route of France to NY, Kentucky and eventually into Arkansas. Although this family has been well documented, many of the connecting family lines have not been. This includes the Chronister/Bean/Allen line of Ark/Oklahoma.
Finally, I have begun the research of the Amos and Brock family of Oklahoma. Both of these families have Cherokee connections.
