I am researching the Rhoades, Brimberry, Griffin, and Hogan families.
The Rhoades family comes from Clay County, Illinois. Alexander Rhoades was born October 12, 1843. He married Margaret Brimberry. He died March 12, 1895 in Fallsville, Arkansas.
Their children are William, Elizabeth, Zelphia and James.
James Henry Rhoades is my Grandfather. He married Nancy Jane Cowan He was born April 5, 1875 in Clay County, Illonois.
The Griffin family: WC Griffin was born April 25, 1852, location unknown. He married Mary Frances Chrishalm. She was born September 19, 1860 in Shawnne, Oklahoma. They both died in Davis, Oklahoma. Their children were Fanny, Ada, Claude, Fleda and Julius. Julius is my grandfather. He was born July 31, 1883 in Arkansas. He married Lula Sarah Hogan. They both died in Healdsburg, California. I have no futher information on the Hogan family.
