I am researching the RICHARD family. My immediate family being from Alachua County, FL. Louis Joseph Francois Richard came to SC around August 11, 1791. His son John Charles moved to Bland(Alachua), FL and built the Richard Plantation which is now the Santa Fe River Ranch. The Richard Cemetery property is the only acreage left in the family from the original land grant (http://www.usgennet.org/usa/fl/county/alachua/ACGS/Richard). Many generations have come from this area.
Below you will find ten generations listed in my research. There are still unknown people and information missing. If you or someone you know has information that would help with my search please contact me. Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
