This is Sarah Ryan and her mother Catherine Foley Ryan at their home in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago, circa 1910. Sarah would marry Patrick F. FitzGibbon in 1915, and move with her widowed mother to Logansport, IN. Catherine died there in 1916, and is buried next to her husband Patrick Ryan, in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Chicago. Patrick and Catherine were from County Tipperary, Ireland, and came to Chicago in 1875. Patrick worked as a laborer in a brickyard, and died in 1900.
