Surnames I am currently researching include: Teters/Teeters/Teter (originally Dieter/Dietrich/Dietrick) from Germany, TN, PA, MD, TX , & OK, Ward from MS, AL, AR, & OK, Perry from TN, TX, MS, OK, & NC and Pritchard from MS & NC.
I am especially looking for information on the following:

Carroll Pritchard, born in TN about 1825 and died July 20, 1864 at the Battle of Peachtree Creek, GA in the Civil War. Looking for information on his parents and siblings. His family was living in Pontotoc County, MS at the time of his death.

Daniel Perry, born in Montgomery County, NC and died 1846 in Desoto County, MS.

B.C. Perry, born 1850-52 in MS, believed to be grandson of above Daniel Perry.

Jacob Teters born in MD approximately 1784. Jacob Teters is supposed to be descended from Jorge or George Dieter who arrived in the United States in Philadelphia in 1729 on the Ship Allen, but I have been unable to make the connection. I can find no data on Jacob Teters' parents.

Also researching my husband's family: John A.(possibly Andrew) Ries from Bruchsal, Tiefenbach, Germany who came to the United States in 1852 and settled in Seneca then Wood County, OH. Also Stiverson (Stuyvesant) from Holland.

I would be willing to share/exchange information that I have gathered.
