| I am searching for information on my Great Grandfather, William Riggins. The last fact I can find about him, is his marriage to Malinda Bell in Wythe County, VA on October 16, 1853. On the 1860 census records William is listed as James but on the the 1870 census he is listed as William. I am guessing that his full name was James William Riggins.
