These are the discharge papers from the Italian Army for Guiseppe Rini. He was discharged on the May 23rd, 1902. Family history said that he and others were discharged after only 3 years of service. The early discharge was a gift of the Italian queen in celebration of the birth of her son. Family history also said that Guiseppe was a aid to a Italian General because they were impressed that he could read and write both Italian and English. Guiseppe was able to read and write English because of the time he spent in Boston from 1894 till 1899. |
