| I am researching the family of Robin (Rob) F. Ringsage, which includes ancestors from Norway, Ireland, Scotland and Germany. My Norwegian ancestors came to this country around 1866 and first settled in Wisconsin, then Minnesota and finally Idaho where they homesteaded in what is now Latah County in the 1890's. I know little about my mother's side of the family other than her maiden name is Elward (Irish). The names that I'm interested in are Swenson from the Swift County Minnesota area; Ringsage, from the Latah County Idaho area; Wilson, from British Columbia and Elward from Wisconsin. Any information would be appreciated. I will gladly share what information I have. |
