Welcome to all claghorns and cleghorns and collaterals whether ancestors or descendants! i'm focusing on the james/abia line since it is my line. 11th generation cleghorn here and durn proud of it.

currently i'm focusing on joseph claghorn, a sailmaker during the Revolutionary War b in White Haven but i don't know which White Haven so any information would be appreciated.

i'm also researching the life and times of kate holladay claghorn who was an illustrious lady ahead of her time. she was a writer, researcher, teacher, author, painter, social activist, sociologist, philanthropist, and published author. and she graduated from Bryn Mawr and received a PHD from Yale.
not too shabby, i'd say. any and all information about kate would be gratefully accepted. i'd like to write a biography about her.
