Roy R. Ritchie was born in Missouri. His birthdate is unknown.
Somewhere around the late 1800's he married Anna Poppen their marraige date is also unknown. Anna was born March 21, 1891, she died April 10, 1949 in Watertown South Dakota.

Roy and Anna had a son they named Donovan Roy Ritchie Born August 2, 1922 in Watertown South Dakota. July 13, 1925 also in Watertown South Dakota, they had twin girls who were stillborn they were not named.

Donovan was my father any information would be helpful.

This is all the information on Roy R. Ritchie that we have with the exception of the rumor that he died in a boating accident somewhere on the Missouri River. His body was never found and I have no date on that either. It is said that his job took him away from home for month's at a time and he might have had another family elsewhere.
