He married (2) Phyllis Jean Ping on 03 February 1959 in Richmond, Wayne Co., IN60, daughter of Joe Smith Ping and Viola Pauline Adams.

Lloyd met Phyllis Ping in 1956 and attempted to divorce his first wife, Sueanna Bryant, sometime after Phyllis became pregnant with their first child Donna. I have documents showing that Sue filed several counter suits to stop the divorce. Upon the birth of their second child, myself: Peggy, Mom put me up for adoption. I have a baby book written by my foster mother who took care of me During that time. Mom always said she would have taken me back no matter what. Dad pushed his divorce through and they were married in Feb. 1959 and retrieved me from the foster home within the allotted six weeks.
