| I am researching the following families and will welcome any new info or corrections. I will share copies of source material and photos. I have very little info on my Ritchie side of the family. My grandad, Ira Franklin Ritchie, would not discuss his family. A few details were mentioned over the years. He was said to have run away from home at 16 yrs old (abt. 1881). Mentioned Saganaw, Lansing and Flint, Mich. and showed up in Texas about 1898.Possible brothers were Fred and Edgar, parents thought to be Jasper and Jane. Records show Ira's father born in N.J. and his Mother born in Ohio. Any help will be most welcome! Other Families: Peacock, Wallace, Sharpe, Sexton of Denton, Co., Tx.; Lewis, Kelley and Jones, Denton or Collin Co., Tx.,; also Weiss and Sebastian and Inman in Madison Co., Mo. and Cox, Powell, aand Nicholson of Upper Alton area, Ill.
