We are currently researching the descendants of Carmine Paul Riviello who was born in Felito, Italy along with his wife, Maria Rose Pagnotti. This is currently work in progress, but would love to hear any and all feedback.

    The home of Charlie, Jean, Anna, Tony, Vito, Forleey, Hazel, Joseph, Frank and Leonard.
  • The Massilia (18 KB)
    Built by Gourlay Brothers & Company in Scotland, 1891. Scrapped in 1911. 2,965 gross tons; 346 feet long; 41 feet wide. Steam triple expansion single screw. Service speed 11 knots. 20 first class passengers, 1250 third class passengers.
  • Passenger Manifest (963 KB)
    Carmine (22) arrived in the U.S. May 16, 1903 aboard the ship "Massilia", along with his wife Maria (24) and his mother Luigia Guazzo (59). The Massilia set sail from Naples, Italy on April, 28, 1903. According to the ship's manifest, they were going to see Carmine's brother, Vito Riviello in Old Forge, PA.
