Ancestors of Patricia George & James Rivers, South Carolina

Ancestors of Patricia George are John Michael Ergle and Johannes Adam Summer, both of Germany, (through Andrew Haskell Eargle and wife Mary Emma Summer) of Lexington District and Ludwig George, who is thought to be from Switzerland then Germany and settled in The Dutch Fork area. From Orangeburg through to the old parishes around the Santee River, Jamestown, Georgetown, and Horry areas are found my William and son William George Bannister, Stephen Coleman Bishop with first wife Mary Smart, and later my G-G-grandmother, Susannah Davis Pipkin. In addition, Vincent Joseph Graziani, my G-grandfather, came from Italy; my G-G-grandfather, Charles Frederick Barkshadt, came from Germany and his wife, Mary Lawrence, came from Prussia.
