Obituary notice from the Victoria Daily Times, November 28, 1914, p. 14:
"The death took place at the Royal Jubilee hospital to-day of Mrs. Annie Wilford Roach.She was born in England 52 years ago and had been a resident of the city for nearly six years.She is survived by her husband and one brother, G.E. Grist, of this city.The funeral will take place from the chapel of the Sands Funeral Furnishing Co., on Monday at 2 o'clock, Rev. Thomas Keyworth officiating.The interment will take place at Ross Bay Cemetery."
