November 1997 Obituary NEOMIA RUTH 'RUBY' CLARK Funeral services for Neomia Ruth "Ruby" Clark, 67, of Madill were Saturday. Mrs. Clark died Nov. 12, in a Denison, Texas, hospital. Mrs. Clark was born April 4, 1930, in Bromide and was reared there in Wapanucka. She played basketball while attending Wapanucka Schools. As a teenager, she moved to Texas to work for the telephone company. She and Wylie G. Clark married June 3, 1952, in Benton, Ark. They moved to Marshall County in 1983. Mrs Clark was a member of the Madill First Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, three daughters, Elaine Atnip of Marshall County, Phyllis Canoe of Kingston and Michelle Hartin of Madill; brother Richard Monroe Muncrief of Madill; Sisters, Lillie Mae Timmons, Rene Costner and Inez Cass of Madill, Ola Fae Emerson of Carlsbad, N.M., and Edna Roach and Nettie Biggs of Ada; seven grandchildren, several step-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Services were in Madill First Baptist Church with Roy Oates officiating. Music was arranged by Louise Cass, Ginger Martin, and Elaine Williams. Burial was in Woodberry-Forest Cemetery under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill. Casket bearers were David Wilson, Kenny Cass, Dalan Larason, Kent Green, Gale Cass, Johnny Costner, Clint Costner, and Kevin Costner. The honorary escort was Kim Muncrief.
