Notes for Audie Jerome Walker: WALKER SERVICES HELD AT BROMIDE Funeral services for Audie Jerome Walker, 59, of Edmond were held Wednesday at 2 P.M. at the Bromide school with Mr. Elbert A. Groves of Oklahoma City officiating. Mr. Walker died in Oklahoma City hospital Tuesday morning. Mr. Walker had lived in and around Bromide all his life until a few years ago when he moved to Edmond. He is survived by his wife, Lydia, of the home address; five sons, Audie, Jr., Charley, Bryan, and Wayne of Edmond and David Walker of New Jersey; three daughters, Mrs. Jerline Cobble of Burkburnett, Texas, Mrs. Clara Cosper of Oklahoma City and Mrs. Irene Dunnivan of California; 11 grandchildren, his mother, Mrs. Roxie Walker of Bromide; two sisters, Mrs. Corie McCarley of Oklahoma City and Mrs. Maudie Bradshaw of Chickasha; and two brothers, Bill Walker of Eldorado, Arkansas, and Elbert Walker of Sweet Home, Ore. Nephews of Mr. Walker were pallbearers.
