Notes for Othelia Freeny: Obituary OTHELIA MUNCRIEF BROMIDE -- Services for Othelia Muncrief, 69, were at 2 p.m. Saturday in Bromide Baptist Church, with burial in Wells Valley Cemetery. Conducting the rites were the Rev. Allen Hicks, assisted by the Rev. Bill Lehr. Mrs. Muncrief died Thursday in a Tishomingo hospital. She was born Jan. 11, 1915, in Fitzhugh, to Reubin and Ollie Johnson Freeny, and was a retired grocery store co-owner. She was a Baptist. On Dec. 17, 1944, she married William Bryan Muncrief in Wapanucka. He died February. 1, 1977. She is survived by several aunts and cousins, including Bobbie Hackworth, of Bromide. Smith Funeral Home, Tishomingo, was in charge of arrangements.
