Currently researching the Robson line of my family, starting with my grandfather, Cecil, married to Enid in 1926. Cecil was one of five children, who became Barnardoes children when their father, George dided. One of Cecil's sisters emigrated to Canada, where she married a French Canadian, whilst one of his two brothers went to Australia, sheep farming. Another brother of Cecils was a WWI pilot. Cecil and Enid lived in Jesmond, Newcastle Upon Tyne just before WWII.

I am also interested in the Dumble name, which was Enid's maiden name. Enid had a brother called Fred, who died at the age of 15. They were the children of Ned Dumble and Elizabeth Macfarlane. Ned was one of four children, a girl and three brothers, and they came from the Berwick region of Northumberland.

I would be very grateful for any information, and am willing to share any information I have also.
