| I have Turner in my lineage. The turners i am looking for are: James Andrew Alford Turner From Greer South Carolina. His wife's name was Anne Alford. His name that is being used is Jim Alford. He is buried at Greer. His parents were Alice Turner and James Turner I believe of Wilmington South Carolina. If you have any information on these people please contact me at my email address on this page. The dates that he would've been were 1972 and beyond. He died in February 1972. His grandson is Roger Alford who lives in Greer as we speak. Jim changed his name and had ran away from home to Clarke County, Athens Georgia, and I assume moved back to Greer before he died. He is buried at Woodlawn Cemetary, and mortuary. The funeral home has the same name. |
