Montague, Mrs. Minnie
(Chatham Daily News, August 20, 1930)

Mrs. Montague died suddenly.

Minnie May, wife of Charles Montague 57 Foster St., city. A baby son, Donald, born yesterday passed away a few hours after death of mother. For past five years Mr. Montague has been a valued employee of Walter T. Piggott Lumber Co. of Windsor but was a frequent visitor in the city with his family. Surviving two daughters Margaret and May, at home, two stepdaughters, Mrs. Frank Smith of Harwich and Mrs. Hoyat of Toronto, one sister, Mrs. Wm. Boyer of this city and seven brothers, Miles, Wm, Andrew, Robert, Sylvester, Norman, and Harvey Babcock. Rev. Joseph Janes of Chatham Baptist Church will conduct funeral services to be held at 2:00 on Thurs. afternoon from family residence, 57 Foster St. Interment will take place in Maple Leaf Cemetery.
