I am just starting to research my family tree, my Father was Christopher Robinson & originated from Kingsclere, Nr Newbury Berks. He served 30years in The Coldstream Gaurds, & obtained the rank of sergeant.
My Mother's maiden name was Lillian Wood, she was born in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
My wife's maiden name was Ferguson, her Father was John, born in Hawick, Scotland. Her Mothers maiden name was Amy Metcalf, born in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
