I am researching the Richard Roberts Family of Atlanta Ga. 1865 -1890's My Great Grandfather Richard Roberts Fought in the Civil War at the age of fifteen. He was wounded and captured and spent the duration as a POW in Ohio. After his release he moved to Atlanta Ga. and started a business and a family a wife, two sons Jay and Fredrick (my Grandfather)born in 1884.I don't know the names of my Great Grandmother or my Aunt.This is as far back as I can go right now but I am looking forward to learning more.
