Seeking information for the names of parents and siblings of James Wilson Roberts born in 1804 in the Edgefield,S.C. area.He married Julia Ann Powell who was born about 1812-1813 in South Carolina. They had two children, Sultana born in 1834 and James Marion in 1836 before moving to Carroll County,Ga. between 1836 and 1838,where their daughter was born in 1838. They had a total of 11 chidren.James Wilson lived in Carroll County until his death in 1897.He and Julia Ann are buried in the Indian Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Bowdon,Ga. |
