Catherine Apgar had one son, William Peter Roberts, born on 1 september 1868. William was married on 22 Sept. 1884. His wife was 18. Catherine and Henry adopted a young boy after William was married. An old photo shows Henry and Catherine and a young boy. This would date the picture after 1885 and before Catharine's death in 1890. On her gravestone, it reads as follows: CATHARINE APGAR Wife of Henry D. Roberts Died Feb. 12, 1890 Aged 56 yrs. 8 mos. & 22 ds.
