KNOW all Men by thefe Prefents, that we John Agnew, James Agnew, and David Wilfon all of Hamilton Bann of the Borough of York & all in the County of York are held and firmly bound unto Jacob Barnitz Esquire Regifter for the Probate of Wills and granting Lettlers of Adminiftration in and for the County fo York, in the Commonwealth of Pennfylvania, in the fum of Three Thousand Dollars to be paid to the faid Jacob Barnitz or to his certain Attorney, Executors, Adminiftrators, or Affigns. To which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourfelves jointly and leverally for and in the whole, our Heirs, Executors and Adminiftrators firmly by thefe prefents. Selaed with our Seals, dated the Twenty sixth day of January in the year of our Lord one thoufand feven hundred and ninety seven.
THE Condition of this Obligation is fush, That if the above bounden John Agnew, James Agnew & David Wilfon adminiftrators of all fingular the goods chattels and credits of David Agnew late of Hamilton Bann Townfip - dedeafed, do make, or caufe to be made, a true and perfedt inventory of all and fingular the goods, chattels and credits of the faid deceafed, which have or fhall come to the hands, poffeffion or knowledge of them the faid John Agnew, James Agnew, and David Wilfon or into the hands of poffeffion of any other perfon or perfons for them and the fme fo made do exibit, or caufe to be exibited, into the Regifter's Office in the County of York, at or before the Twenty sixth day of February next enfuing; and the fame goods, chattels, and credits, & all other goods, chattles and credits, of the faid deceafed, to the time of his death, which at any time after fall come to the hands or poffeffion of the faid John Agnew, James Agnew, & David Wilfon, or into the hands and Poffeffion of any other perfon or perfons for them do well and truly anminifter according to law. Qnd further, do make or caufe to be made, a true and juft account of their faid adminiftration, at or before the Twentysixth day of January in the yeaar of our Lord, one thoufand feven hundred and ninety eight and all the reft and refidue of the faid goods, chattels and credits, which fall be found remaining upon the faid adminiftrators account, (the fame being firft examined and allowd of by the Orphan's Court of the County of York) fall deliver and pay unto fuch perfon or perfons refpectively, as the faid Oprhan's Court, by their decree or fentence, purfuant to the true intent and meaning of the law now in force in this Commonwealth, fall limit and appoint. And if it fall hereafter appear, that and laft Will and Teftament was made by the faid deceafed, and the Executor or Executors therein named, do exibit the fame into the faid Register's Office, amking requeft to have it allowed and approved accordingly: if the faid John Agnew, James Agnew, & David Wilfon above bounden being thereunto required, do render and deliver the faid Letters of Adminiftration, approbation of fuch Teftament being firft had and made in the faid Regifter's Office, then this Obligation to be void and of none effect, or elfe to remain in full force and virtue.
