Margaret Stewart, Lady of Galloway was the daughter of Robert III Stewart, King of Scotland and Annabel Drummond. She was born between 1367 and 1401. She married Archibald Douglas, 4th Earl of Douglas, son of Archibald Douglas, 3rd Earl of Douglas and Joan Moray, before 1390.1 She died between 26 January 1450 and September 1456 at Thrieve Castle, Galloway, Scotland.2 She was buried at Collegiate Church of Lincluden, Dumfries, Dumfries-shire, Scotland.2
As of before 1390, her married name was Douglas. She was styled as Lady of Galloway.1
