William d'Aubigny, 2nd Earl of Arundel was born before 1150.2 He was the son of William d'Aubigny, 1st Earl of Arundel and Adeliza de Louvain.1 He married Matilda de St. Hilary du Harcouet, daughter of James de St. Hilary du Harcouet, after 1173.2 He died on 24 December 1193.3 He was buried in Wymondham Priory, Norfolk, England.
William d'Aubigny, 2nd Earl of Arundel succeeded to the title of Earl of Sussex in 1176/77.1 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Earl of Arundel [E., c. 1138] on 27 June 1190.3 He held the office of Custos Rotulorum of Windsor Castle in 1191.3 He was one of the receivers for the money raised for the King's raised in 1194.4
