I would like to note that the Agnew group that we descend from are descended from most of the Kings of Scotland and Albin before it was Scotland. I go back here to 800 AD and beyond.
The most notable King is Robert 1st "Robert the Bruce" King of Scotland. I especially Love this Man because of what he did for Scotland and the world as a whole when he wrote to the Pope and told him who they were and wher they came from to get to Scotland. Robert the Bruce is my 20th Great Grandfather, he is also my 22nd Great Grandfather because we connect to him with two different Great Grandmothers. We descend from Him through his Daughter, Marjorie Bruce who married Walter Stewart, both of whom are my 19th Great Grandparents, and were the parents of Robert 2nd Stewart, King of Scotland, my 18th Great Grandfather, who was father of Robert 3rd Stewart, King of Scotland, my 17th Great Grandfather. There were many more prior to Robert the Bruce wo will be listed in the information on this site. Many Agnews in america and Scotland descend from these people.
Also many of the Kings of England, including King James 1st, of the King James Version of the Bible are our cousins. His Mother, Mary, Queen of Scots is our cousin.
