George Robinson was born at Loughhouse, near the village of Stannington, Northumberland, England in 1778 and died in England in 1850, and Margaret Innes was born in Plessey, Bedlington, Northumberland, England in 1781 and died in England in 1861. Their children were as follows: George, b. 1799, Loughhall, Stannington, Northumberland, England, d. 1876, Springville, Utah, USA Thomas, b. 1802 Charles, b. 1804 ** Benjamin, b. 1807, Northumberland Co. England, d. 1874, Brant Co., Ontario, Canada Isabella, b. 1809 Mary, b. 1811 John, b. 1813 William, b. 1816, West House, Stannington, Northumberland, England, d. 1898, Dover, Sanpete, Utah, USA Ann, b. 1818 Joseph, b. 1821 ** Benjamin Robinson was my 2nd-Great Grandfather. He came to Canada sometime between 1851 and 1853, and eventually settled in the Paris, Ontario region. I am uncertain if his wife, Agnes Summerville, accompanied him to Canada, or if they met in Canada. His brothers George, Thomas, William and Joseph died and were buried in Utah, USA. His brother John died at St. Loius, Missouri, USA. Currently my search has led me to living relatives in England, Australia and the USA.
