I have come across several different spelling variations in my research. They range from Robison, Robinson, Roberson, Robertson, Robeson to Robson. I'm really not sure which one is correct, but I feel as though Robison is the correct spelling. I did find a Myers Roberson in the 1850 Federal Census for McNairy County, Tennessee. It is highly unlikely that there was a Myers Robison and a Myers Roberson in McNairy County, Tennessee in 1850.
