Fred Nesbitt Jr., 79, passed away May 10, 1999. A lifetime resident of the area, Fred had been employed at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., B&W, and Westinghouse. He was co-owner of Nesbitt Motor Sales, was a World War II Navy veteran, and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Rose; daughters, Anne (Donald) Pauken of California, Sandy (Donald) Rizzo of Virginia, Nancy (Daniel) Gulling of Wisconsin, Rita (George) Gilson of Lakewood, Ohio, Linda (Richard) Rodgers of Akron; brothers, Gene Nesbitt of Akron, Jim Nesbitt of Canton; 19 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Church. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
