She was born October 10, 1792 in Hardy Co Virginia, and died July 22, 1877 in Fallsburg, Fallsbury Twp Licking Co Oh.

In the name of the Benevelent Father of all
I, Peter Varner of Fallsbury Townshhip Licking County, Ohio do make and Publish this my last Will and Testament:
Item First :
I do give and devise to my beloved children Sidney Johns, Johnthan Varner, Eliza McQueen, Aaron Varner, Peter Varner, Susannah Hull, Mary Ann Rakestrau, at my decease and equal share of all of my Estate consisting of the Farm I now reside on containing Two Hundred acres, Situated in the Township of Fallsbury, in the County of Licking and State of Ohio, also Forty acres in same Township , County and State, known as the Stump lot and all the stock, provisions and other goods and chattels which may be thereon at the time of my decease and I further devise and bequeath to my daughter Eliza McQueen all of my household good and Kitchen furniture therein at my decease.
I do also devise and bequeath to my son Elias Varner ten dollars being all I desire him to have. Said division to be made after all of my just debts are all paid.
I do hereby appoint Dawson McQueen Executor of this my last Will and Testament authorizing and empowering him to dispose adjust, release and discharge in such manner as he may deem proper the debt and claims due me.
In testamony hereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Third day of November in the year One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Seven.

  Notes for AARON VARNER:
it is known by a letter written in 1897 by Aaron's father that he died in 1863
can find no record of him, where he died, or how, and where he is buried,
family lore says he died at Andersonville Prison during the Civil War, however I
have not found a record of that>> He sold his farm back to his father Peter
Varner in 1861 at the start of the War. this mystery still lingers.

  Notes for ELIAS VARNER:
Elias Varner was a prisoner at Andersonville Prison during the Civil War
he died of consumption contacted during this time known as TB today.
the effects of the illness was a slow process and caused him a painful life.
He served in Corp. Co F 135 National guard unit Civil War Service
He did not get along well with his father Peter Varner and was given only $10.00
in the Will left by Peter Varner, stating that was all that he wished him to have.
However there was a settlement in later years and his brothers and sisters singed
a document to give his living heirs their fair share of his share, which was a very small amount each.
