I am researching the Rollo family Aberdeenshire, Scotland. James Rollo appears in the 1870 U.S. Federal Census of Rutland, LaSalle, Illinois. He was born 24 May 1838 in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. He married Jane Harper, 24 September 1849, in Millbrew, Scotland and they had 7 daughters: Mary M., Janet C., Isabella, Anna, Emmabella, Alexandrina, Lenorah C. and 3 sons: John H., Edmund J., Raymond V.

In addition, I'm researching the family of John T. Beldin, 11/1874-10/1946 and Emma Carrie Ritz, 9/1881-8/1942. They had 8 sons: Philip L., Roscoe H., Elvin H., John O., Albert W., Royal L., Merlin C. and 4 daughters: Edith F., Esther M., Florence E. and Edna L. The Beldin surname may have been changed from Belding, Belden, Baildon and/or Bayldon throughout the years.
