To all whom these presents shall come
Greeting
   Whereas Mr. David Legett in a few days
leaves this country and goes on to the
Westward, perhaps never to return. These
are therefore to certify, that he is a native
born Citizen of the before mentioned district

treated and to pass unmolested himself and
