The Italian surnames of Romano and Ruggiero originate from Ventotene, Latina, Italy. The surnames Torregrossa and Caiazza are from Siano and Termini Imerese, Italy, respectively. The Ruggieros on their maternal side were from Airola, Naples, Italy. The Cohens and Weinfelds were from Minsk, Russia and Austria, respectively.
