Frank Willis (son of James Henry Willis and Mary Griffiths) was born December 23, 1900 in Castleton, Lancashire, England, and died January 18, 1972 in Black River Falls, Jackson Co. Wisconsin. He married Mildred Pechar on July 13, 1929 in Chicago, Cook Co., Illinois.
Notes for Frank Willis: Frank Willis left England between 1920 and 1929. Family stories say he was on a ship from England that docked in Mobile, Alabama and he "jumped ship". This has not been proven yet.
