I have been unable to locate Oscar's death certificate. Two searches have been made:
- December, 1993 - sent request to the Washington State Center for Health Statistics, for years 1920 - 1940. No records found.
- October, 1998 - sent another request to the Center for Health Statistics, for years 1940-1949. No records found.
