Batchelor/Haas Trees
This is my family Paternal grandfather Batchelor originated in England, Paternal grandfather Haas in Germany. The Batchelor side of the tree has much fuller information because extensive research was done (by others who shared it with me). My paternal grandmother was a Kennedy who lived in Oswego NY and I have very poor family information. My maternal grandmother was a Mara (also spelled Marra on records) from Solvay NY/Syracuse NY and I have very poor records on that family. Sigh.
Rose/Reiner Trees
This is the family research for my friend John. His paternal branch of the family is Rose, his maternal branch is Reiner which traces back to the Mayflower via the Fuller line.
John is participating in the Rose family DNA project and his DNA test matches Group L1. We can not find the families of William A. Rose or Charity Osborn prior to about 1838. We think they came to Stamford CT from either NY or NJ.
