The Weldon Rose and Linda Deckert Rose Family Home Page

My great great grandfather was born in Massachuetts, my great grandfather George H. Rose was born in Wisconsin, he married Ellen Burnes approximately 1870 in New York. They had two sons Charles and William F.Rose both born in New York. Sometimes befoe 1900 the family moved to Carmargo, Dewey Co., Oklahoma. I have traced Charles and his wife Nellie Bailey Rose and thier 9-children up to 1920 census in Dewey Co., Ok. But, lost George, Ellen, and William, last seen in 1900 census in Dewey Co., Ok. Have located marriage license of William and May Jones Rose in Dewey Co., Ok. They are the parents of my father. I don't know if thier were any other children. I would appreciate any information, also am willing to share with all I have. Also, we are researching James Crain from Erath, Thurber Co., Tx., Deckerts and Reitzers from D'Hanis, Medina Co., Tx. and also Whites, Terrels, Holloways, and Howards all of Brookhaven, Lincoln Co., Ms.
