I am researching the Ross, Voss, Hunt, Akins, and Taylors of Tennessee. Irvin Ross married Alice Taylor in Stewart County, TN on May 5, 1884. I need information on Irvin's and Alice's parents. John Voss married Catherine Hunt on November 30 1841 in Lawrence County, TN. The 1860 census has their residence as Hardin County, TN. I can get no more information beyond that. The Akins are from Wilson County, TN. I am trying to find anything about the roots of J. L. "Fate" or Lafatte and Darthulie Akin or Akins. |
