2. ANDREW JACKSON² CULP (JACOB¹) was born July 07, 1824, and died October 08, 1911 in Spring Coulee, Alberta. He married ELIZA JANE GORDON January 13, 1853, daughter of WILLIAM VERADENBURG and MARIA GORDON. She was born September 12, 1835 in Pike Co., Ohio, and died June 17, 1906.

A. J. CULP was a private in the 43 Reg. OVI. He enrolled in 1864 and was discharged 22 May 1865 at Camp Dennison U. S. General Hospital by reason of mustering out.

In Andrew's and Eliza elder years, they went to live with son George in Decatur, Il. They both died there and were there as well.
