Ben traveled to the U.S. from the port of Hamburg, Germany on June 13, 1911 and arrived at the port of Philadelphia,PA on June 24, 1911. Ben married Sarah Friedman in 1920. Ben and his wife Sarah ( 1902 - 1985 ) had a son Milford, born November11, 1922 and a daughter Belle Frances, born December 12, 1923 and a son Marvin, born December 16, 1927. Ben had a sister Sarah, brothers Will and Emil. The siblings were also born in Bologorodka, Russia. The children took the name of Routman when they came to the United States. Their fathers name was Maysha Nutah Nedrick. Why they took the Routman name I do not know.
