Myrtle graduated from Sharon High School in 1918 and was captain of
the girls basketball team. Myrtle was a member of Temple Beth Israel
Sharon, PA; member and past president of Temple Beth Israel
Sisterhood; member of Shenango Valley Section , Council of Jewish
women; and Shenango Valley Chapter of Hadassah. She was widely known
in the area for her work in many community and cultural activities.
During World War ll, she was active with the American Red Cross.
